Information we collect
When you send a catering request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email address, event date and time, guest count, pickup or delivery choice, delivery address when applicable, preferred trailer, requested trays and notes.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your request, contact you, prepare a quote, coordinate pickup or delivery and maintain ordinary business records related to the enquiry.
Where it is stored
Requests are transmitted securely and stored with our website service provider, Cloudflare. We do not sell catering request information. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain the related business record.
Form security
The catering form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare receives limited technical information needed to provide that security check; the catering details you enter are sent separately to our form endpoint.
Nearest trailer
When you choose “Find your trailer,” your browser may ask for location access. Your location is used once in your browser to identify the nearest trailer and open that trailer’s ordering page. The website does not store or transmit your coordinates.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of a catering enquiry by calling (614) 316-8829 or (614) 974-6958. Please provide enough information for us to identify the request.
Visitor measurement and privacy choices
Updated September 10, 2026. This notice describes optional visitor measurement on the website.
When analytics is enabled, optional analytics starts only after you choose to allow it. You can keep essential features only, or change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps optional analytics off.
What optional analytics measures
We count visits, page views, menu categories, trailer views, map openings, phone and directions links, pickup links, and the steps involved in requesting catering. A catering request counts as received only after the form service confirms receipt. A pickup click does not tell us whether an order was completed.
These counts can include a broad device category, selected website language, a general traffic source such as Google or Instagram, and an approved campaign code. We do not put form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses, precise coordinates, full referring URLs, ad-click IDs, recordings, or persistent visitor identifiers into analytics. Individual events are combined into daily totals rather than stored as visitor histories.
Storage and service providers
Your privacy preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days or until this notice version changes. Your language preference stays in your browser. After analytics consent, a temporary browser-tab record keeps broad source information and the last visit time for session counting; it has no visitor identifier. Revoking analytics clears that record.
Live measurement uses the website’s Cloudflare service and a same-site endpoint. Reports use at most 90 days of daily totals; expired totals are removed during subsequent measurement processing. Cloudflare also handles network and security information as the hosting provider. Those essential operations are separate from optional visitor measurement.
Maps load from OpenStreetMap only when you choose to show a map. The map provider receives the technical connection information needed to display it. Ordering, Google Maps and other external links open services with their own privacy terms. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, session replay, advertising audiences and advertising cookies are not enabled in this design. Adding advertising providers requires an updated notice and consent configuration before activation.
